How to delete a YouTube account

This will be a post about how to delete your YouTube channel or account permanently. This is the web version. There are two types that I know but you can make more than two if you want. The first one which comes with your Gmail account which is the default one and the other or others will be a branch channel. There is a slight difference in the process for both types of channel

1. Login or make sure you are log in to your Gmail account. Click on the animation at the upper right corner first and then on the settings

2. It will take you to a page, there make sure you are in the account but by default, it should be

3. You will land on a page where you can edit and make changes to your account. There choose Account Settings if it's the default YouTube channel. The third option, Managers will be for your brand channel that extra channel you make from your same account

4. A page where all the in's and out's about your Google account will be shown from the choose Delete your account or services

5. It will take you to another page, look for Account Preferences and choose to delete your account or services or if not gives in by default

6. It will have two option from among them choose delete products
7. It will ask you to enter your password to just to verify

8. It will take you to a page which says delete a Google service, choose the trash can horizontal to YouTube

9. Enter your password again to verify yourself

10. A page where you can hide or delete your YouTube channel. Click on the arrow pointing downward horizontal to "I want to permanently delete my content" and tick the box and Delete my content to finish

OR 

DELETE THE BRAND (YOUTUBE) CHANNEL

1. Follow the first two steps of this post

2. Choose and click Managers which is the third option

3. A page where you accept to delete your channel by ticking the two box but do go through  the details

4. You will be on a brand account details there choose on the Delete Account to finish
