How to create a Messenger account
I will guide or show you the whole process on how to create your Messenger account. This one is a mobile app or phone version. You can now send text, make voice calls and video calls through the latest firmware update and of course, it's free. It was first made to be a chatbox on Facebook where you can talk about some personal things with close ones in private
1. After downloading, open or sign in and click on create a new account on Messenger
2. It will ask for permission to give your phone number because it will send you a code or OTP to make the process easier and click continue
3. Enter your phone number under what's your number and click next
4. Create your password by mixing up the contents from your keypad or keyboard but don't forget the password you just created and click next
5. Here in this page enter your first name and last name for your username, click next
6. You will be on a page saying finish creating an account but not done yet and click on create account button to continue
7. A page with entering your code will open there you can add the six-digit number you receive through the phone number you give earlier
8. If you happen to have a Facebook account it will ask you to continue with that account or choose and click on this isn't my account at the bottom of the page to make a completely new or different account
9. A page to add your profile photo if you have one to use or you can click skip to add your photo or image
10. It is asking for permission to look for people who use the messenger in your contacts who may or may not be in your friend lists in messenger. I'll leave the decision up to you (Choose not now for me)
10. It will be asking for the permission to use messenger as your default service to send and receive SMS (for me I choose not now) after this it will take you to your page or homepage
