How to delete Skype account
Let me guide you on how to delete your skype account permanently. A communication application mostly used for making video calls with family or friends. You can use it in the majority of the gadgets found in the market I mean literally not gonna lie. Before we continue I will not recommend doing this if you have or are using paid services from or through the account
1. After login or sign in to your account, you can see or find the initial of your user name on the top bar and click on it
2. When you are in your profile page, click on settings which is last from the list or the bottom of the page
3. Under settings, there will be a lot of options among them choose and click on Account & Profile which is first on the options
4. When you are in Account & Profile scroll down or look at the bottom of the page and click on close your account
5. You need to verify yourself by clicking on your e-mail or Phone number whichever you use when you make your account and you will receive a code or OTP
6. Get your code or OTP from your e-mail or message and enter it
7. It will ask you to make a password with your fingerprint, click No thanks
8. You can just click next at the bottom page if you don't use any paid services or Cancel your subscriptions and finish all your credit in the account if you have them before deleting it
9. Tick all the boxes, and all the services you use paid or free associated with the account will be deleted. Choose a reason from the options and click on mark account for closure button
10. Click done. You have 60 days before all the data related with the account is deleted and if you want to restore the account you can within that time frame
