How to change Facebook page name

A guide on how to change your Facebook page name. Made simple and easy to follow along to the instructions or steps. This is for the web version

It can take up to 3 days and you won't be able to unpublish or change the name again for 7 days. 
From my experience, it can be approved within a minute or two


1. Login to your page account and click on the about option in the left side of your interface

2. Under about page, click on the edit text which is horizontal to the name option

3. Enter the name your preferred one in the rectangular box next to new page name under request new page name and click continue button

4. It will show you the current and new page name under confirm the name change request and click on request change button 

5. If or when it works it gives you a notification it is approved
